Job summary

Brigham Young University is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join the Student Health Center. You will deliver comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose and treat patients, and educate students to support their wellbeing.

Responsibilities include performing IUD and Nexplanon procedures, and other ambulatory surgical tasks as needed. Utah licensure and board certification readiness are required, with BYU benefits and strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Utah.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing/APRN and board certification or eligibility.
• Advanced assessment and treatment skills for adults, family, and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluations, diagnosis and treatment in clinic and ambulatory settings.
• Document findings, consultations and diagnoses; review for accuracy.
• Perform IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon insertion/removal and select surgical procedures as needed.
