Qualifications

• Master’s degree required. DNP preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required. 3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides health promotion, illness prevention, and patient education.
• Assesses patient concerns of acute and chronic nature.
• Performs complete physical examination and documents assessment and plan.
• Prescribes medication as appropriate.
• Orders and interprets lab work and radiology studies.
