Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary care provider to long and short-term residents; perform exams and gather histories.
• Provide team-based care with medical attending and nursing home staff.
• Educate residents and families; formulate evidence-based care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; advise management on actions.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops and publications.
• Keep a safe, clean work environment aligned with core values.
• Review charting and ensure timely documentation of care.
