Avir Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks and evaluations for changes in condition with the facility’s care team.

The ideal candidate has Texas APN licensure and a DEA license, a Master’s in Nursing, and prior nursing or clinical experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care and prescribing.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) and DEA License.
• Previous nursing or clinical experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition.

• Prescribing treatments as indicated by patient needs.
