Job summary

Sunrise Group, Dreem Health's clinical arm, seeks a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert sleep care within a patient-centered team. You’ll screen, diagnose, and manage sleep disorders, working across telemedicine and in-clinic settings to improve outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams; document thoroughly, stay updated on AASM standards, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience.
  • At least 3 years in sleep or sleep medicine, or enroll in the Dreem Health Academy.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing is required.
  • CA APRN license and multiple state licenses are required.
  • Active CA Furnishing and DEA licenses (DEA eligibility).
  • Multistate licensure across AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, NJ, PA, VA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine.
  • Document patient interactions in the tailored EHR.
  • Apply appropriate billing procedures.
  • Participate in quality control and improvement activities.
  • Respond to patient messages and calls promptly.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
  • Follow AASM guidelines and clinic protocols.

Your Opportunity

We’re hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to a Lead Nurse Practitioner, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where clinical excellence meets patient‑centered care.

What You’ll Do
  • Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
  • Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
  • Applying appropriate billing procedures
  • Participating in quality control and improvement activities
  • Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
  • Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4‑week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required
  • An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)
  • Preference for candidates that are multistate licensed with the one or more of the following states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, NJ, PA, VA

Compensation

$120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
