Qualifications

• Graduate or higher-level degree in nursing with APN licensure/registration.
• Current, active RN/APN license and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to meet federal background and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to form diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans based on standards of care and guidelines.
• Diagnose or treat acute health problems such as illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, dosage, and frequencies.
• Educate patients about self-management and tailor instructions to individual circumstances.
