Qualifications

• Graduate or higher-level degree as a nurse practitioner from an accredited program.
• Current NP licensure/registration and eligibility for APN practice.
• Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostics to develop diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans based on standards of care and guidelines.
• Diagnose or treat acute health problems, infections, or injuries.
• Prescribe medications with appropriate dosing and safety considerations.
• Educate patients on self-management and plan care accordingly.
