Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in the Springfield, MO area is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our dynamic healthcare team delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers.

Qualifications

• PA: Bachelor's degree required; NP: Master's degree required.
• 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Minimum 18 months experience in applicable setting.
• Adult and pediatric practice experience preferred.
• Active state medical licensure (ANNC or AANP).
• Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings.
• Proficient in suturing, splinting, and related procedures.

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants
• Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
• 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required
• Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required
• Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred
• National Certification Active state medical licensure (ANNC or AANP)
• Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting
• Applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, etc.
