GoHealth Urgent Care in Missouri is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for urgent care roles in the Joplin area. Minimum qualifications include 18 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience with pediatric and adult patient care, and appropriate certifications.

• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints, etc.).
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and AANC/AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in urgent care centers.
• Collaborate with Rad Techs and Medical Assistants in daily workflows.
• Operate within the Epic EMR system and Mercy MercyGoForward initiatives.

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
