Job summary

MedLead Careers seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to serve patients in assisted living facilities in Lexington, KY. You will provide comprehensive primary care, perform history and exam, review medications, and develop care plans in collaboration with facilities.

Responsibilities include managing primary care consults, prescribing medications, and following up on acute issues to reach informed diagnoses based on medical history. A KY NP license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

Valid NP license in the state of Kentucky.
Board Certification.

Responsibilities

Managing all Primary Care related consults.
History and physical exam.
Medication review.
Prescribe medication and drugs.
Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan.
Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history.
