Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Iowa
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Iowa
• NCCPA certification
• BLS required
• Clinic experience preferred
• HIPAA/privacy knowledge
• Mandatory Reporting certification due within 6 months of hire
• Background check, physical, drug screen, TB test and seasonal flu shot required on hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including exams, diagnostic testing and treatment.
• Prescribe appropriate drug therapy or dietary regimens.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
