Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States in Moorhead, MN, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Clinician to deliver reproductive and sexual health care under supervision and collaborate with medical leadership. The role includes travel for training and cross-site coverage as needed.

The position is part-time (24 hours per week) with benefits; the clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, at 803 Belsly Blvd, Moorhead. Travel reimbursements and shift differentials are available.

Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse and APN or Physician Assistant.
• Current national board-certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• DEA license or ability to obtain at hire and enrollment in CS Monitoring Program as applicable.
• Advanced degree, minimally master’s degree.
• Current BLS Certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform a physical exam as indicated.
• Develop treatment plans and referrals; prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Provide patient education and preventive care instructions.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Health Center Manager, and team to meet clinic goals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
