Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide reproductive and sexual health care at our Rochester health center. You will work under general supervision and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires NP/APN credentials, board certification, DEA license, and BLS. Travel/training may occur across Twin Cities locations; compensation reflects 48–60 USD per hour and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APN license in the applicable state.
• Current national board-certification as APN or PA.
• DEA license or ability to obtain at hire; CSMP enrollment as applicable.
• Master’s degree required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform a physical exam as indicated.
• Order and interpret screening and diagnostic tests.
• Develop care plans including referrals and medications.
• Provide patient education on plan of care and preventive health.
• Prescribe FDA‑approved birth control methods and follow up.
