What You'll Do

• Visits are face-to-face and take place where members live - allowing for more personalized, impactful care.

Requirements

• Active State NP license and Board Certification
• Valid NPI
• Minimum 3 months of wellness exam experience preferred
• Comfort with EMR/documentation systems
• Ability to travel within a region (visits are clustered in a 10 mile radius)
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus
• Give on average 2 full days per week.
