What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Active State NP license and Board Certification
• Valid NPI
• Minimum 3 months of wellness exam experience preferred
• Comfort with EMR/documentation systems
• Ability to travel within a 30–50 mile radius
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking
