Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Master of Science in Nursing required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure completion of grant-funded activities per HRSA guidelines.
• Assist with quarterly and final grant reports.
• Maintain outcomes assessment for grant initiatives.
• Supervise advanced practice nurses and community health coordinators.
• Manage vendor contracts and payments.
• Oversee day-to-day grant activities.
• Collaborate with project evaluator on data collection for annual reports.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient-centered service delivery.
• Optimize clinic hours and scheduling.
• Coordinate calendars with Advanced Practice Nurses in Practice Fusion.
• Ensure cultural competency and quality care standards.
• Develop and enforce clinic policies and workflows.
• Support billing and credentialing processes.
• Maintain licensing and scope-of-practice compliance.
• Align processes with revenue goals and productivity benchmarks.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in community outreach and health fairs.
• Attend conferences as funding permits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
