Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Centralized Staffing PRN Pool. You will provide primary care to employees and dependents at Health Centers in Midland and Odessa, TX, with travel between three clinic locations.

Expect 1–2 days per week, no nights or weekends, and collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to manage patient care. Requirements include active NP licensure, national certification (ANCC/AANP), MSN, and BLS/ACLS as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the practice state.
• NP license/certification to practice as Nurse Practitioner.
• Current ANCC or AANP national certification.
• MSN or higher in Nursing with clinical expertise.
• BLS/ACLS certification as required by contract.

Responsabilités

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records and ensures accurate documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Centralized Staffing PRN Pool, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Centers located in Midland and Odessa, TX. We’re seeking an experienced provider with recent, strong primary care experience who can offer 1-2 days of availability per week and travel between three clinic locations. No nights or weekends!

What You’ll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
