Qualifications

• Master's degree in a NP program (Family or Adult Geriatrics) required.
• Current New York State NP license required.

Responsibilities

• Orders or executes tests and imaging to inform treatment.
• Administers vaccines and creates care plans.
• Documents medical history, examinations and treatments.
• Consults with subspecialists within network as needed.
