Essen Health Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced primary and specialty care across a multi-site network in New York. You will perform exams, document histories, create care plans, and prescribe treatments to diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities include ordering tests, interpreting results, immunizing patients, and coordinating with subspecialists when needed. New grads are encouraged to apply; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

The Nurse Practitioner will be part of Essen growing medical professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to our patients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, performing physical exams, recording patient medical history, creating care plans and administering diagnostic test.
Salary $135,000-$150,000
Salary may reflect bonuses/incentives
