One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California to provide high-quality primary care through a mix of in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and collaboration with in-office and virtual clinicians.

Requirements include completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and an active California license by start date.

Qualificações

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in California required by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with 1 year in fellowship or urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion (IUD/Nexplanon) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Learn and participate in Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to deliver care.
• Perform in-office procedures as trained; pursue additional licensure/credentialing for other states.
