Job summary

Merakey Total Health in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in our community-based outpatient clinic.

You will work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of NP experience, a completed NP program (MSN), PA licensure as a CRNP, and current BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Primary Care.
• NP program completed with MSN.
• PA licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and patient care: histories, exams, diagnose and manage conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
