Qualifications

• MSN or higher in nursing; MA NP license (CNP) required.
• DEA registration required if prescribing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Preferred: 2 years’ NP experience.
• PA track: MPAS from ARC-PA Accredited program.
• MA PA license required; DEA registration (dup flagged).
• 2 years’ PA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform annual health exams and follow-up care.
• Assist physicians and provide walk-in coverage for patients.
• Provide diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services.
• Develop referrals and maintain communication with care team.
• Provide clinical training to MACC staff.
• Collaborate with Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice and others.
• Counsel patients and communicate with out-patients.
• Perform duties to ensure patient needs are met.
• Suggest improvements and contribute to excellence initiatives.

MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)

CNP – MA licensed

DEA Registration

BLS Certification

2 years’ NP experience (preferred)

MPAS – ARC-PA accredited

PA License – MA
