Job summary

One Medical in New Jersey is hiring a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting. You will conduct in-office and tele-health visits, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team collaboration.

Licensed in New Jersey, certified, and experienced in outpatient primary care, you will contribute to high-quality care and a patient-centered approach in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Within the last 5 years, Advanced Practitioner experience in outpatient primary care:
• 2 years if no fellowship or 1 year in urgent care, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
