Job summary
Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position. The NP will provide continuing and holistic healthcare services to individuals and families, delivering preventive, chronic and acute care.
The role requires Illinois NP licensure, DEA eligibility within six months, ACLS/BLS, and board-certification in Family Medicine or Adult-Gerontology. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
- Current Illinois NP license and DEA registration eligibility.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Adult-Gerontology.
- Prior primary care experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of healthcare services including preventive and acute care.
- Perform diagnoses, health-risk assessments and immunizations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuing education.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with team to provide compassionate care.
