Kaiser Permanente is seeking a part-time Clinician to float across the NW Region, providing high quality health care to members. The role covers adult Primary Care, short-term backfill, and collaboration with a wide provider network in accordance with practice standards.

Responsibilities include direct assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and documentation in the medical record. Licensure in Oregon/Washington and multi-state credentials are required.

Formación

• Graduate of ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA or Child Health Associate training program.
• Master's or equivalent degree required for licensure in relevant states.
• Ability to meet state licensure requirements in multiple states.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality health care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for common illnesses.
• Coordinate patient services, develop or organize programs, and participate in meetings and committees.
• Document all care in the patient record per standards and protocols.
