Holy Cross Health in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Team. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, focusing on restoration, maintenance and prevention.

The role requires an MSN (or higher) and MD NP licensure in Maryland, with 3 years nursing experience and 2 years in the specialty, plus BLS/DEA credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in State of MD.
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Current DEA license.
• AHA BLS.
• Verification of current national certification.

Responsabilités

• Works collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
• Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provides health education and counseling to individuals and families
