Job summary

Titan Placement Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor in Lowell, MA to blend clinical leadership with NP development in outpatient primary care. You will onboard, mentor, and guide new NPs, supervising patient encounters and delivering constructive feedback to promote confident, independent practice.

The role emphasizes precepting, curriculum development, and participation in quality improvement and provider development initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

• MSN is required; DNP is highly preferred.
• Licensed and certified as FNP, AGPCNP, or PNP.
• 7+ years NP clinical experience with substantial outpatient primary care.
• 2+ years in community health or safety-net settings.
• Experience precepting, mentoring, or onboarding clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical preceptorship and onboarding for newly hired NPs.
• Supervise patient encounters and provide ongoing feedback.
• Develop competency milestones and onboarding curriculum.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical leadership initiatives.
