Job summary

Titan Placement Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor in Lowell, MA to blend clinical leadership with NP development in outpatient primary care. Qualifications

• MSN is required; DNP is highly preferred.

• 7+ years NP clinical experience with substantial outpatient primary care.
• 2+ years in community health or safety-net settings.
• Experience precepting, mentoring, or onboarding clinical staff.

Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor - Lowell, Massachusetts

We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor who wants to use their clinical experience to develop the next generation of Nurse Practitioners while continuing to make a meaningful impact in primary care.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on clinical preceptorship, onboarding, and competency development for newly hired Nurse Practitioners. You'll work alongside new providers, supervise patient encounters, provide ongoing feedback, and help each NP progress toward confident, independent practice.
