TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Tarboro, North Carolina. This full-time role (5 days/week) offers autonomy, robust support, and a strong earning potential in a fee-for-service model.

You'll deliver high-quality care in skilled nursing facilities, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage with patients and families during pivotal moments in care.

Qualificações

• Active NP or PA license in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure in NC) and DEA registration.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred but not required; new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care to optimize outcomes and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals in a team-based approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
