We are seeking dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and independent decision‑making. Requirements

• Urgent Care Experience: Preferred, with a strong background in fast‑paced clinical settings
• Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care
• Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow
• Licensing & Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA) and maintaining a valid, unencumbered Texas RN license
• Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP‑BC, FNP‑BC) or NCCPA
• PALS Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
