Job summary

Workit Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to collaborate with physicians and provide whole-person care to patients with substance use disorders via our telehealth platform. All positions are remote until further notice.

Responsibilities include co-facilitating virtual appointments, performing evaluations, designing treatment plans, and prescribing SUD medications, while upholding HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II standards.

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in addiction medicine.
• Experience prescribing SUD medications.
• Experience with harm reduction.

Schedule: 4x10 (4 days a week / 10 hours per day)

Hours: 8am - 6pm CST or PST

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing. Additional California licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in addiction medicine required
• Experience prescribing SUD medications
• Experience with harm reduction
• Active DEA license
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing and evolving work environment
• Ability and willingness to complete work independently online; familiarity with Google Drive, spreadsheets, documentation, video conferencing, and secure email
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability a must
• Enthusiasm for revolutionizing the way addiction is addressed and treated is necessary.

Pay range

$140,000 - $150,000 USD
