Workit Health seeks a Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing for providers in a hybrid clinic environment across Albany, NY; Charlotte, NC; Lakewood, WA; and Missoula, MT. The role oversees credentialing, licensure tracking, and payer directory accuracy.

You will process applications, verify details, maintain provider data, and collaborate with billing to resolve denials or authorizations. HIPAA expertise and CAQH familiarity are essential.

Qualifikationen

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time

This is a hybrid role for a clinic location based in Albany, NY | Charlotte, NC | Lakewood, WA | Missoula, MT

Three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote each week.

Job Summary

The Credentialing Specialist is an integral member of the Revenue Cycle Department. The Credentialing Specialist creates and maintains credentialing and renewal information for Workit providers.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensures reports on the credentialing status of providers are up-to-date and accurate
• Ensures all clinic information is accurate within payor directories
