Role

Providers conduct video visits from a clean, well-supported clinic environment in Brooklyn. On-site Medical Assistants and med techs at the assisted living facilities assist with vitals and exam preparation, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making — without the noise and unpredictability of traditional facility rounding.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, no nights, no weekends

Work out of the Brooklyn clinic conducting video visits with patients in assisted living facilities

Medical Assistants on-site perform vitals and assist with coordination

Goal is proactive management of geriatric patients to prevent hospitalizations

This is an ideal role for a provider who enjoys geriatric medicine and wants high-impact patient care in a structured, efficient setting
