You Will
  • Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
  • Handle administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
  • Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.
  • Encourage patients to participate actively in their healthcare through health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
  • Holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections (e.g., COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) with vaccine counseling.
  • At least two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is preferred depending on the market.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
  • Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required.
Education
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current certification and license, or in some states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with current certification and license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPIC electronic health record experience preferred.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $87,035.00 - $187,460.00. Actual salary depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. This role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
