Job summary

Quality Primary Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our outpatient primary care team in Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MD.

You will provide patient care under physician supervision in a modern, physician-led practice. The role offers a $125,000–$145,000 DOE salary plus signing and productivity bonuses, no nights or weekends, no on-call duties, AI-assisted dictation to reduce charting, and strong support from three physicians for work-life

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible NP or PA-C in Maryland.
• Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred.
• Newer providers welcome if motivated and open to training.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care under physician supervision in a physician-led practice.
