Job Title: Pain Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Hours & Schedule: Full Time
Work Environment: Outpatient clinical setting with collaborative team-based care
Travel Required: 2x / Month to Peoria, AZ
Salary / Hourly Rate: $130,000 – $160,000 / year

You're an experienced and compassionate NP or PA with a strong background in chronic pain management or orthopedic spine and interventional procedures. Job Summary:
As a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients with chronic pain conditions. This role requires expertise in interventional pain procedures, medication management, and collaborative care planning to improve quality of life for our patients.
