Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a rewarding position in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will be integral to our healthcare team, providing primary care services to a diverse patient population. This role involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. We maintain a manageable patient load and focus on high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and develop care plans within regulatory guidelines.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, and provide preventive care and education.
• Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications or therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Provide direct care, including examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate and efficient care.
• Follow safety, infection control standards, and maintain a clean environment.
• Complete continuing education to maintain certification and stay current.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records.

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of US-based NP/PA program (excluding Puerto Rico)
