Qualifications

• One year minimum employment experience in a Primary Care setting.
• Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Virginia (VA).
• Board Certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly accurate and thorough primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population.
• Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with precision and attention to detail.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness.
• Efficiently manage urgent complaints typical of a primary care clinic.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive high-quality outcomes.
• Review labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately.
• Complete charting in the EMR within 72 hours.
• See approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins.

Working Hours:

We are open:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
