CloseKnit is seeking a Primary Care clinician to provide comprehensive adult care in a collaborative clinic environment. You will conduct exams, diagnose common conditions, and support wellness with patient-centered counseling.

Qualifications

  • Valid and unrestricted Medical License in MD.
  • Board Certification in Primary Care.
  • Minimum of 1 year employment experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide highly accurate primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population.
  • Conduct routine physical exams including Pap smears with precision.
  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
  • Counsel patients on general wellness with data-driven advice.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive outcomes.
  • Review labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately.
  • Complete charting in the EMR within 72 hours.
