TriState Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Minor Care clinic!

This position will share weekend rotation. Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) are 8-9 hours. Weekday shifts (Mon thru Friday) are 12 hours; 7am - 7pm.

Located on the TriState Health Campus, this fast paced clinic is committed to providing the best possible care to their patients, using the most up-to-date information and state-of-the-art techniques. Providers must have the ability to work with a broad patient demographic.Our ideal candidate will bring and positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care and clinical experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Minor Care clinic.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
