90% FTE, Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program.
Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
If Physician Assistant:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have an active DEA license or the ability to apply for one prior to or upon hire.
