Work Schedule:
90% FTE, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

We are seeking aNurse PractitionerORPhysician Assistant to:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience :
Preferred – Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum –State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
