W3Global is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient ENT practice in Warren, Ohio. This full-time/part-time role offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay ranging from $50 to $65 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

The candidate will evaluate patients with ENT concerns, perform exams, diagnose and treat common ENT conditions, order tests, and educate patients.

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio NP or PA license.
  • National NP or PA certification.
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority, as applicable.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within the scope of practice.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an outpatient Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) practice in Warren, Ohio.

ENT Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients presenting with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck concerns.
  • Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat common ENT conditions, including:
  • Ear infections
  • Hearing concerns
  • Sinus conditions
  • Allergies
  • Sore throat
  • Tonsil disorders
  • Nasal obstruction
  • Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training, competency, and scope of practice.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within applicable regulations.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and follow-up care.
  • Identify patients requiring physician consultation, specialist referral, or additional evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
  • Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • National NP or PA certification.
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority, as applicable.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

ENT experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
