HealthCARE Express is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for the Texarkana, TX urgent care clinic. You’ll treat patients of all ages with a range of illnesses, order labs and imaging, and develop treatment plans in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and delivering excellent patient care. 12-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays, in Texarkana Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Two years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting with independent clinical decisions
• Strong teamwork and clear communication

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and diagnose patients across ages in urgent care
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed
• Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Document care accurately and timely; lead clinical team during busy days

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care

HealthCARE Express is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Texarkana, TX urgent care clinic.

If you enjoy treating a variety of patients, like staying busy, and want to work with a team that takes patient care seriously without taking itself too seriously, we'd love to talk to you.

Pay & Schedule

• $70/hour
• Full-time
• 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Texarkana, TX

What You'll Do

As an urgent care provider, you'll treat patients of all ages for a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Your day may include evaluating and diagnosing patients, ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

You'll also document care accurately and on time, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and help lead the clinical team through a busy day.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting and confident making independent clinical decisions.

Two years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred, but not required.

Just as important, we want someone who works well with others, communicates clearly, supports the team, and understands that a great patient experience matters just as much as efficient care.
