AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) was created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post‑Acute patients and Long‑Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. Created by long‑term care providers for long‑term care providers, ACS is the first and only clinical group of its kind. As a Clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, the ACS team to deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who desires to work in a facility‑based environment, enjoys autonomy, and is looking to exercise their clinical skillset in our ever‑evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
