As a clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant led team in collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapist, dieticians and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to a cohort of medically fragile older adults in the assisted living and post-acute care setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who desires a small patient panel, increased autonomy and a flexible schedule. We provide our clinicians with ongoing mentoring and training in a supportive and collegial environment. We utilize the latest technology to help streamline clinical workflows and processes so that our clinicians spend more time delivering patient care and less time documenting and coding.
