Job summary

AgeRight Clinical Services in Washington state seeks an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interdisciplinary team serving medically fragile older adults in assisted living and post-acute care settings.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians and social workers, enjoy a small patient panel, increased autonomy, and a flexible schedule, with mentoring and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington state.
• Experience with geriatric populations is preferred.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
