Blanchard Nephrology LLC is a physician-owned specialty practice providing comprehensive kidney care to patients throughout Northwest Ohio.
Our practice provides care across the full spectrum of kidney disease, including chronic kidney disease, hypertension, acute kidney injury, dialysis, and end-stage kidney disease. We believe excellent kidney care combines clinical expertise with patient education, compassion, accessibility, and continuity of care.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing clinical team.
Nephrology experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide comprehensive nephrology training to the right candidate.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our nephrologist and other advanced practice providers in the evaluation and management of patients with kidney disease.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who wants to develop specialized expertise while working in a collaborative physician-led environment.

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications
Candidates must:
Hospital or inpatient clinical experience is preferred.
Physician Assistant Qualifications
Candidates must:
Hospital or inpatient clinical experience is strongly preferred.
Nephrology Experience
Previous nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with backgrounds in Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, Primary Care, Cardiology, Dialysis, or other related specialties are encouraged to apply.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who have a strong desire to learn nephrology and develop long-term expertise in kidney disease management.

This is primarily an in-person clinical position. Candidates must be able to relocate to or reliably commute to the Findlay, Ohio area before beginning employment.
