Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive nephrology care across multiple clinical settings, including offices, dialysis centers, and hospitals in Georgia.

The NP will work with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to manage CKD, ESRD, hypertension, and related conditions, delivering patient-centered care with a focus on in-person services at diverse facilities.

Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited NP program.
  • Current RN and APN licenses in applicable states.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an approved organization.
  • DEA registration (if required).
  • BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
  • Prior nephrology, dialysis, or internal medicine experience preferred; dialysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with kidney-related illnesses in office settings and dialysis centers.
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans, adjust as needed.
  • Review laboratory results and diagnostic imaging, adjusting care accordingly.
  • Provide patient and family education on kidney disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Coordinate care with nephrologists, other healthcare providers, and dialysis teams.
  • Perform dialysis rounds, monitor treatment efficacy, and manage complications in outpatient settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team activities, including clinical conferences and quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: $105,000 - $120,000

Location: Multiple clinical settings, including offices, outpatient dialysis centers, and hospitals (float between practices, hospitals, and dialysis centers)

Summary

The NP will collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple settings. Requirements
