Job summary

CPP Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join Altaire Clinic in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on holistic care across hormone replacement therapy, wellness and weight management, primary care, and aesthetic services, delivering patient-centered treatment plans.

You will support ongoing patient relationships, perform thorough examinations, document care in EMR, educate patients, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective outcomes

Qualifications

• ND licensed RN/NP/PA with current ND license.
• 3+ years’ experience with HRT, weight loss and wellness is strongly preferred.
• Aesthetics experience preferred; clinical/hospital bedside experience required.
• Strong communication, compassionate bedside manner, and attention to detail.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an experienced team for one of our partner clinics Altaire Clinic in Fargo, ND with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals.

The clinic takes a comprehensive approach to care, bringing together hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness and weight management, primary care, preventative health, and aesthetic services to support patients throughout every stage of their health and wellness journey.

The Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistan t will bring a positive attitude, strong initiative, and a go-getter mentality . We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to take ownership, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice while delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.

Work Schedule:

This is a full time position requiring 36 hours per week (over 4 days).

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care across hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness and weight-management services, primary care, and other preventative and integrative health treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive, good-faith patient examinations, including review of medical history, to evaluate patient needs and determine clinical suitability for aesthetic medical procedures and treatments offered by the practice;
• Accurately and promptly document all patient encounters, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR);
• Provide comprehensive patient care, including management of acute complaints and follow-up visits, as directed or supervised by the physician(s) or other authorized senior providers;
• Promote patient retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care;
• Provide patient education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare;
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of the practice;
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as required;
• Represent the practice with integrity and discretion in all patient and community interactions.
• Assist other providers with their patients and the practice's needs as directed;
• Assist and support CPP's and the practice's support team as directed;
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member;
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with applicable practice policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies and protocols to protect patients, staff, and the work environment;
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and professional regulations, including ongoing monitoring of new or revised legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the position;
• Maintain professional competency by participating in continuing education programs, reviewing relevant literature, and collaborating with colleagues to stay informed of developments in aesthetic medicine; and
• Remain current with the latest evidence-based practices and emerging literature in aesthetic medical procedures to ensure delivery of safe and up-to-date patient care
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms, ensuring all equipment is sanitized, and supplies are stocked.
• Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring timely orders, and proper stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and execute patient appreciation events, open houses, or other patient engagement activities.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the clinic’s daily operations and patient care standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with current licensure in the state of North Dakota
• 3+ years’ experience with HRT, weight loss and wellness is strongly preferred
• Experience with aesthetics strongly preferred
• Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required
• Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
